Apples & Art Studio Tour is back for its 35th edition

The Apples & Art Studio Tour is back for its 35th edition! The annual event began over three decades ago to let artists open their studio spaces to visitors and residents, so they can appreciate pieces in the spaces where they were created. Apples and Art got its name because the tour coincides with the local tradition of the fall apple harvest. The event, which takes place on September 26th and 27th will include over 40 installations from 70+ artists throughout Cornwall and the United Counties.

Alongside the galleries, 11 historical sites will be open to receive guests throughout the area. These sites will also provide the option to purchase art and other handmade crafts; attendees may take home their own unique piece of local creative work. A wide range of artistic disciplines will be displayed through the exhibit. From quilts to wearables and pottery to painting, the tour has something to please all tastes, with many pieces calling to local history, nature or Indigenous traditions.
