Cornwall Celebrates Community, Creativity, and Global Culture as Culture Fest Returns for 2026

Cornwall, ON – The 2026 Cornwall Culture Fest is returning to Lamoureux Park this September, bringing together food, music, art, and traditions from around the world in a joyful celebration of the people who make Cornwall, SDG, and Akwesasne such a dynamic region.

At its heart, Culture Fest is about connection between neighbours, families, cultures, and generations. This year’s event promises an even bigger lineup of activities and entertainment designed to showcase the diversity and creativity of our community.

You can expect a full day of experiences, including:

  • Live performances from local and visiting artists
  • Vendor and artisan booths featuring handmade goods, cultural crafts, and community exhibitors
  • Delicious food options representing flavours from around the world
  • Family-friendly activities including the return of the always-popular mini-putt

One of the most anticipated highlights of Culture Fest 2026 is the return of Feryn King, a celebrated Mohawk artist from Akwesasne. Feryn is an internationally recognized First Nations hoop dancer whose performances blend traditional movement, contemporary artistry, and cultural storytelling. Her presence brings a powerful and meaningful dimension to the festival, honouring Indigenous culture and sharing it with audiences of all ages.

This event is made possible through the collaboration and support of the Social Development Council SDGCA, Cornwall Police Service, City of Cornwall, Tourism Development Fund, Conseil scolaire de district catholique de l’Est ontarien, Cornwall Community Hospital, St. Lawrence College, and Beyond 21.
