Cornwall Visitor Information Centre Opens June 2

Get ready to explore Cornwall! Cornwall Tourism is thrilled to announce the Cornwall Visitor Information Centre (VIC) officially opens for the summer season on June 2.
Come say hello to the team of friendly tourism ambassadors at the new, easy-to-find location at the entrance of the Cornwall Aquatic Centre (100 Water Street East). The VIC will be open seven days a week, from 9 am to 5 pm, with extended hours on weekends, right through the end of August. Also, visitors will be able find the team at many local festivals and special events throughout the summer – just look for the Cornwall Tourism tent! Check CornwallTourism.com online event calendar for upcoming dates.
Inside the VIC, you’ll find everything needed to make your time in Cornwall and area great: visitor guides, maps, and helpful information about local events and attractions. There is also a fun selection of souvenirs available for purchase, including t-shirts, stickers, keychains, mugs, and more!
“The central location of our visitor centre is ideal for connecting with both attendees of festivals and events in Lamoureux Park and cyclists making the trip to ride the Riverside Trail, the best part of the Waterfront Trail,” says Shauna Baggs, Cornwall Tourism. “Our team is enthusiastic about welcoming visitors and highlighting the many attractions our region has to offer, including new historical walking tours.”
