Canada Day at Lamoureux Park

Get ready for a full day of festivities, fun, and fireworks as Cornwall celebrates Canada’s birthday in Lamoureux Park on Tuesday, July 1st. This annual event offers a variety of free activities for all ages.
The celebration kicks off with opening ceremonies at the Lion’s Club Bandshell at 12:00 p.m. The day is packed with excitement, including:
- Live Entertainment (12 p.m. – 10 p.m.): Enjoy a full day of free live music at the bandshell, culminating in a performance by the iconic Canadian rock and power pop band, The Pursuit of Happiness.
- Kids Zone (12 p.m. – 6 p.m.): Bring the little ones to the Kids Zone for bouncy castles, a drumming circle, and a Home Depot workshop.
- Food Vendors: A variety of food vendors will be on site to satisfy your cravings.
- Fireworks: The evening concludes with a spectacular fireworks display at 10 p.m.
