Noticing Nature at OPG !

Join Scientists in School at the OPG Saunders Hydro Dam Visitor Centre for a fun-filled exploration of the natural world!

Perfect for children ages 4-12, this free, hands-on workshop invites young nature enthusiasts to discover the amazing sights, sounds, and wonders found all around us. Listen for chickadee calls, create your own buzzing bee while learning about pollination, investigate seeds, and make a seed caterpillar to take home and watch grow. From the smallest seeds to the busiest pollinators, there’s so much nature to notice!
