Cornwall’s biggest summer festival returns for four mouth‑watering days of food, music, and family fun along the St. Lawrence River. Ribfest Cornwall 2026 brings award‑winning ribs from across North America, a full midway, live entertainment, local vendors, and community activities that make this one of the region’s most anticipated annual events. 

What to Expect 

  • Award‑Winning Ribs— Sample slow‑smoked ribs, pulled pork, brisket, and BBQ favorites from top pitmasters. 
  • Live Music All Weekend — Enjoy a packed lineup of bands and performers on the main stage.

Ribfest is free to attend, with food, rides, and activities available for purchase.
