At the heart of the event is a KCBS‑sanctioned BBQ Competition, featuring talented pitmasters from across Canada and the U.S. competing to Kansas City Barbeque Society standards. Guests can enjoy incredible aromas, high‑level competition, and serious BBQ bragging rights.

Explore a mobile food court with a variety of food trucks serving smoky BBQ favourites, sweet treats, and global eats. Feeling brave? Take part in the Hot Sauce Tasting Competition, featuring flavours from mild to wild.

Motorcycle fans will love the Show & Shine Biker Show, presented by For Bikers By Bikers, showcasing impressive bikes and celebrating biker culture. Kids can join the fun too with the Kid’s ‘Cue Meatball Challenge, designed to inspire creativity in young chefs.

Don’t miss People’s Choice Judging, where attendees help decide the fan favourites in Chicken Wings and Kid’s Cue Meatballs, and stick around for the awards ceremony to see who takes home top honours.

All proceeds support Maison Baldwin House, helping provide vital services for women and children in the community.
