Kansas City BBQ Society – Professional BBQ Competition

In Support of @Maison Baldwin House
Attracting professional and backyard BBQ teams across Eastern Canada and the United States to win a chance to compete at the Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational Barbecue. As a border-town (between Ontario, Quebec, and the USA), the competition aspires to be the one of the largest KCBS competitions in Canada. The event will be held along the shores of the majestic St. Lawrence River. Competitors continue to cook overnight for official turn in and judging Sunday May 10th, 2026.

KCBS MASTER’S SERIES BBQ COMPETITION
Sunday May 10th, 2026
12:00 PM – Chicken
12:30 PM – Ribs
1:00 PM – Pork
1:30 PM – Brisket
