Yoga & Art at the Market

Sunday, August 8   10 am – 2 pm
At the Cornwall Waterfront Farmers’ Market in Lamoureux Park

Enjoy some yoga and family time while visiting the Cornwall Waterfront Farmers’ Market in Lamoureux Park.

Bring your own mat and enjoy yoga sessions lead by Jaclyn Metcalfe (10:15 am), Hanna from Om Shalom (11:15 am), Paula from Love Yoga (12:15 pm) and Angie Allaire (1:15 pm).

George Lucena will provide live relaxation music during the event.

No registration is required and donations will gratefully be accepted to support the market.

Also make sure to check out the Kids Tent at the market. There will be kids yoga lead by Tyanna Hunt (at 10:15 am, bring your own mat) and crafts by Yafa Goawily from 11 am to 1 pm.

Don’t forget to visit us!

While you’re in the park, don’t forget to stop by the Cornwall Tourism pop-up visitor information centre at the eastern edge of the park near the entrance to the Cornwall Civic Complex! We’re open seven days a week from 9 am to 5 pm and if the weather is bad, you can find us right inside the front entrance of the Civic Complex. Stop by and pick up a Visitor Guide or get some recommendations on other fun things to see and do during your visit to Cornwall!
