The city and surrounding SDG Counties offer diverse backdrops, from historic downtown streets and waterfront views along the St. Lawrence River to rural landscapes and unique cultural sites.

Local production companies like KAV Productions provide comprehensive video, photography, and audio services, indicating a growing infrastructure for film projects. Cornwall has also seen interest from larger productions, notably a Netflix movie (reportedly a Christmas romantic comedy called “Single All The Way“) that filmed scenes in the city’s downtown area.
