Weekend Forecast for Cornwall

A weekend filled with free family fun! Check out what Cornwall has going on this weekend below.

The Museum Goes Kite Flying

Ready to reach new heights? On Sunday, July 12, the Cornwall Community Museum invites you to an unforgettable day of kite building, flying, and family fun—all part of our spectacular 70th Anniversary celebrations!

Join us from 11am to 2pm for a hands-on kite building adventure. We’ll provide all the materials and instructions you need to craft your very own high-flying creation, or bring your favorite kite from home and see how it measures up against our homemade masterpieces!

Simply register when you arrive at the Museum on Sunday—it’s that easy! Pack a picnic basket, gather the whole family, and make a day of it. Build your kites together, then watch them dance across the sky in the lower park area just west of the Museum. The hill beside the Museum offers the perfect vantage point for picnicking while you enjoy the colorful spectacle above.
